Write to the Esteel Team Quality control is a mandatory standard for every batch. We check geometry, chemical composition (PMI), marking, packaging and conduct UT when required. After each inspection the client receives a written report. Where needed, we engage Bureau Veritas, TÜV or SGS.
Yes. Esteel specialises in non-standard tasks: products to drawings, specifications and samples, rare material grades. Before production we carry out engineering review and agree the ITP.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means Esteel takes on the full cycle — from factory gate in China to delivery at your warehouse. We organise transport, customs clearance and duty payment.
We supply products to ASTM/ASME, API, EN/DIN, JIS, GOST and TU. GOST items are available — pipe, flanges and fittings. If equivalents need to be selected, our engineering team will carry out the analysis.
Stock items — from 4–6 weeks; production to order — from 8–16 weeks. Exact lead times are stated in the commercial offer for each item.
REXARD is Esteel's own brand of wear-resistant plates with 400–550 HB hardness. Production is monitored using an AI module. The range includes grades 450/500 and 450L/500L (low-temperature). Supplied with full ITP documentation.
