Hot-rolling and special heat treatment provide a uniform fine-grained structure. No hardness variation from surface to centre.
Impact Load Resistance

Cutting (plasma, laser, band saw), press brake bending, welding without mandatory preheating — all standard plate processing methods.
Low-Temperature Grade
REXARD 450L and 500L grades are designed for use at extremely low temperatures. High impact toughness is maintained down to −60°C.
Corrosion and Oxidation Resistance
REXARD's chemical composition is carefully optimised in terms of alloying elements. Resistance to corrosion and oxidation under industrial operating conditions.
Batch Stability with AI Control
The AI module in the production cycle monitors key heat treatment parameters — predictable properties for every batch.
