Who We Are

Direct Access to China's Industrial Enterprises

Esteel — a Chinese trading and engineering company based in Hangzhou. We organise international supply of metal products for industrial projects in Russia, CIS, the Middle East and worldwide.

Working with Esteel means comprehensive service: engineering review of the request, selection of production sites, factory quality control and support through to delivery at the customer's warehouse.

Esteel works with both standard items and custom orders: products to drawings, specifications and samples, project packages, critical materials with inspection requirements.

Типовой набор контроля уточняется спецификацией и ITP для каждого проекта.

Проверка соответствия стандартам

Контроль соответствия требованиям спецификации и применимых стандартов (ASTM, ASME, EN, API, ГОСТ).

Geometry & Dimensions

Измерения толщины, стенки, длины, фасок, допусков — по стандарту или ITP клиента.

Визуальный контроль

Контроль поверхности на дефекты, проверка маркировки и идентификации партии, привязка к плавке/лоту.

Chemical Composition & PMI

Контроль химического состава для подтверждения марки материала. PMI (портативный спектральный анализ).

Твёрдость

Контроль твёрдости портативными приборами при необходимости или согласно ITP.

УЗК и другие методы НК

Ультразвуковой контроль (UT), капиллярный метод (PT), рентгенография (RT) — когда предусмотрено ТЗ или ITP.

Упаковка и готовность к отгрузке

Проверка упаковки на защиту от механических повреждений и коррозии при транспортировке.

Инспекционный отчёт

Результаты подтверждаются инспекционными отчётами. Фото и видео материалы предоставляются по запросу.

The Esteel office is located in Hangzhou (Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China) — in the heart of one of China's largest industrial clusters. This enables us to interact promptly with partner factories and conduct inspection personally at the production site.

Yes. Esteel specialises in non-standard tasks: products to drawings, specifications and samples. Before launch we carry out engineering review, select the production site and agree the quality control programme (ITP).

No. Quality control is a mandatory Esteel standard for every batch. We do not ship products without prior inspection. The scope of control is defined by the specification and agreed ITP.

An ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) is an inspection and testing plan. A document that records all inspection types, methods, inspection points and acceptance criteria for a specific batch or order. It is developed before production launch and agreed with the customer.
